Benefits – (why to meditate)
Meditation is the best way to tune to your vibration/ Energy. Connecting you to your source of Energy, connecting you to the vibration of who you really are.
 
Meditation is a wonderful tool that releases resistance, allowing your natural flow of Energy.
Every day 15 minutes of meditation gradually raises or rather shifts your vibration/ Energy. It helps you to stop practicing the blocking of your path of least resistance or the path of most allowance.
Unleashing your unlimited potential in anything or all you desire.
In other words; - It is a sure way to release resistance or lower resistance within you; stopping momentum, stopping contradictory/ negative momentum.- Allowing calmness, allowing Well-being, allowing you to be ready for the things you usually can’t see; Ready for clarity, perfect timing, prolonged youthfulness and optimal health.
Taking the edge off your day!
Over time…problems will begin to fall away and dissipate and it turns you into a cooperative component to your own desires. Bridging old beliefs into beliefs that serves you.
Your physical apparatus will be replenished and rejuvenated. Everything about your experience will be enhanced and improved, because you are allowing yourself a rest from the contradictory thoughts, which you didn’t even know you had, that are in the form of beliefs that you picked up along your physical trail.
 
The value of Meditation is; - it teaches you to focus!
To focus on your desires and allowing your Energy source to be within you unrestricted, and be in pure harmony with your Energy source. -- Everything is created twice - First in the mind then in reality.
 
How and when to meditate
Meditation is about quieting your mind.
Focusing on a sound makes it easier to slow your mind down.
Earlier in the day (morning), before your thoughts starts working against you or before the distractions of your day begin. 
No more than 15 to 20 minutes a day! In a relaxed environment where you will not be interrupted by anyone or anything.
If you will allow that quieted place, it will take you back to the core of you, - to the Goodness that is YOU.
It may be difficult at first, because your mind have been trained to be responsive to your environment…However, it will get easier and easier!
In a couple days while meditating - It feels like; numbness, floating, swooning, detachment, soothing, it feels delicious.
You get to a place that is mindless or thoughtless. -- Guided Meditation – is MUCH more than just a stress reliever!
 
Coaching Segment
During a mentoring session you will be informed on the basics regarding the Laws of the Universe, and how life and the universe operates.
You will be thought how to meditate and you will receive two audio guided meditations via email or WhatsApp.
